vintage woven gathering basket

A vintage primitive woven gathering basket with a long oval form and high arched handle. The warm natural finish, irregular weave, and aged surface give it beautiful depth and texture. Its elongated shape has an easy decorative presence on a farmhouse table, kitchen island, console, or open shelving.

CONDITION

In good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The basket has natural variation, surface wear, and scattered breaks to the woven material.
